One of our longest-standing initiatives is our Blood & Plasma Donors Group — a community of Visagians who not only donate regularly, but support each other through reminders, group bookings, and shared motivation. This initiative reflects a core value we live by: being good-hearted. We're proud to support Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, whose work helps ensure life-giving donations reach those who need them most. Last week, we hosted Visagio’s inaugural Code Wars — an innovative debate tournament focused on key topics in software development. This dynamic event went far beyond technical discussions. It fostered critical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to communicate complex ideas — essential skills not only for developers but for anyone working in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven environments. One of the most valuable outcomes was the inclusive nature of the event. Visagians from non-technical backgrounds also gained valuable insights by observing teams challenge and defend ideas, reinforcing the importance of open knowledge sharing and cross-functional learning. This initiative reflects our broader commitment at Visagio — to cultivate a culture where knowledge flows openly, ideas are tested, and people grow together. A sincere thank you to our v(dev) team for bringing this initiative to life. Na última quinta-feira, tivemos o prazer de participar do encontro de CHROs, organizado pela KORU na sede da Unico Skill. O encontro reuniu líderes de Gente & Gestão / RH de mais de 30 empresas e fundos de investimento, proporcionando um espaço para a troca de experiências e insights. Thomaz Moreira e Thales Miranda, sócios do Grupo Visagio conduziram a discussão do tema de Design Organizacional com base em dilemas e grandes cases do mercado. Dentre os dilemas discutidos estavam o design organizacional ambidestro para inovação em modelo BU (Business Unity) vs spin-off, desenho de estrutura organizacional vs modelo de trabalho e eficiência organizacional top down vs bottom up.   Agradecemos ao Daniel Spolaor, da Koru pelo convite e ao Joca Oliveira, da unico skill por nos receber para essa excelente troca!
